RevUp Raises $5M In Seed Funding

Redwood City-based RevUp, a developer of software used for improving fundraising for nonprofits, has raised $5M in a seed funding round. The company said the seed funding came from Greylock Partners (Reid Hoffman), Sean Parker, Omidyar Network, Salesforce Ventures, Evan Goldberg, Drew Perkins, the Valley Fund and others. RevUp is led by Steve Spinner.
