TripIt Lands $5.1M

San Francisco-based TripIt, an online travel web site, said this morning that it has raised $5.1M in a Series B funding round. The round came from Sabre Holdings, O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, and the European Founders Fund. TripIt said the funding would go towards expanding development, marketing, and support. TripIt provides an online site which allows users to track their travel plans. The firm last raised a round of venture capital in April of last year, when it raised $1M from O'Reilly.
