CNET, Yahoo Ink Advertising Deal

San Francisco-based CNET Networks and Sunnyvale-based Yahoo said Thursday afternoon that the two are in a three year, strategic partnership over content, advertising, and search marketing. CNET will provide its content to Yahoo! Tech and Yahoo! News, and CNET will use Yahoo for display advertising across its brands. The deal also includes using Yahoo!'s toolbar at CNET's Download.com. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
