FrontRange Solutions Acquires Centennial Software

IT software developer FrontRange Solutions announced Monday that it has acquired Centennial Software, a publisher of infrastructure management applications. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. FrontRange said the acquisition expands its software lineup by adding auto-discovery, asset management, license management and end-point security solutions. FrontRange said it purchased Centennial by acquiring every share of issued stock. Both companies are privately owned. FrontRange is headquartered in Pleasanton, Calif. Centennial's North American headquarters are located in Portland, Ore. The company also maintains offices in the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden and Australia.
