Socialtext Names Farris To Board

Palo Alto-based wiki software firm Socialtext said this morning that it has named Julie Hanna Farris to the company's board of directors. Farris was the founder and CEO of Scalix, and formerly an EIR at Mayfield. Farris also founded onebox.com, and served at Portola Communications, and IBM/Lotus. Farris joins Tim Draper of Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Joi Ito, Ross Mayfield, and Eugene Lee on the company's board.
