Novasys Medical Gets $49.5M For Incontinence Treatment
Newark, California-based Novasys Medical, which is developing treatments for incontinence in women, said it has raised $49.5M in a Series D funding. The new funding round was led by Versant Ventures, and also included new investors Three Arch Partners and Skyline Ventures. Novasys said that its existing investors, Affinity Capital Management, Alloy Ventures, Delphi Ventures, GBS Venture Partners, INVESCO Private Capital, JP Morgan Partners (managed by Panorama Capital), and ONSET Ventures all participated. Beckie Robertson of Versant Ventures, Rich Lin of Three Arch, and Steve Sullivan of Skyline have all joined the firm's board of directors. More information »
