Google Sites Opens To Users
Mountain View-based Google's Google Sites service--formerly JotSpot--which allows companies to share team projects, updates, and other information, has opened up to the general public, Google said late Wednesday evening. The firm said that the Google Sites allow users to easily create their own pages with documents, calendars, photos, videos, gadgets and more. The service will be available to users for free. Google had launched the service in beta to its enterprise customers in February in a limited release.
