Agiliance Raises $10M

San Jose-based Agiliance, a developer of IT governance and compliance software, said Tuesday that it has raised $10M in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Castile Ventures, and included prior investors Walden International, Intel Capital and Red Rock Ventures. Agiliance said that Nina Saberi of Castile Ventures joins the company's board as part of the funding round. More information »
