SOASTA Raises $6.4M

Mountain View-based SOASTA, a developer of cloud computing test products, said Monday that it has raised $6.4M in a Series B funding round. SOASTA said the round was led by new investor Formative Venturse, and also included prior investors Canaan Partners and The Entrepreneurs' Fund. SOASTA said the funding will go towards product enhancements, marketing, and business development efforts. SOASTA's "virtual test lab" allows developers to test and monitor web applications and services. More information »
