SOASTA Acquires LogNormal

Mountain View-based SOASTA, which develops cloud and mobile testing tools, said today that it has acquired LogNormal, which develops performance measurement apps aimed at mobile and web applications. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. SOASTA said it has hired LogNormal's employees as part of the buy. SOASTA is headed by Tom Lounibos, and venture backed by Canaan Partners, Formative Ventures, Pelion Ventures, and The Entrepreneurs Fund.
