ONStor Gets Additional Funding

Campbell-absed ONstor, a developer of clustered NAS hardware, said late Friday that it has gained another round of funding. Amount of the funding was not disclosed. ONStor said the funding came from Mayfield Fund, Foundation Capital, and Sand Hill Capital--all existing investors in the firm. The firm said it will use the funding for ongoing operatoinal expenses and new product development. The firm did not say if prior investors Worldview Technology Partners and Comventures (now Velocity Interactive) participated. ONstor reported that its goal is to achieve profitability in 2009.
