Autodesk Comples BIMWorld, iLogic Buys

San Rafael-based Autodesk has completed its acquisition of BIMWorld, a developer of content for the electronic design automation market, as well as its acquisition of iLogic Technology, the firm said Monday morning. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed. Autodesk said December 15th that it would buy BIMWorld, which develops building information modeling content for building product manufacturers. The content will go to bolster Autodesk Seek, an online source for building product design information run by Autodesk. The firm also announced, separately, that it has completed its acquisition of iLogic Technology, which is used for digital prototyping; it acquired iLogic from Logimetrix, Inc.
