Endwave Sells Defense and Security Unit

San Jose-based Endwave, a developer of RF modules, has sold its defense and security unit to Microsemi. According to Microsemi, it is paying $28M in cash plus will assume specific liabilities for Endwave's defense & Security business, which provides RF semicondutors to firms like Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin. Microsemi said it will immediately integrate the business into its operations.
