eMeter Gets $32M
San Mateo-based eMeter, a developer of energy grid management software, said this morning that it has raised $32M in a financing round. The round was led by Sequoia Capital, and also included prior investor Foundation Capital. eMeter develops smart grid software for utilities. The firm said the funding would go towards sales and marketing in new markets, plus for enhancing services for its customers and investment in new products. More information »
