eMeter Scores $12.5M

San Mateo-based eMeter, a developer of smart grid management software, said Thursday that it has raised $12.5M in a financing round. The round came from Sequoia Capital and Foundation Capital, prior investors in the firm, along with new investor Northgate Capital. The firm said the funding will go towards sales and marketing. eMeter is headed by Gary Bloom. More information »
