Oracle Acquires HyperRoll

Redwood Shores-based Oracle said late Tuesday that it has acquired Mountain View-based HyperRoll, a developer of financial reporting software used for accelerating financial close. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. HyperRoll was backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Sequoia Capital, Vertex, Microdent, and Hyperion Solutions.
