REvolution Computing Raises $9M
REvolution Computing, a developer of software for an open source, statistical computing language called "R", said today that it has raised $9M in a funding, and named Norman Nie as CEO. The funding came from North Bridge Venture Partners and Intel Capital. As part of the funding and appointment of a new CEO, the firm said that it is moving its headquarters to Palo Alto. Nie is the former founder, CEO, and Chairman of SPSS. More information »
