RPO Nabs $19.3M

San Jose-based RPO, a developer of optical touch technology used in cell phones, cameras, and other consumer electronics, said today that it has raised $19.3M in a supplemental Series C funding round. The round came from existing investors, plus an un-named strategic investors. RPO said investors in the firm include Jolimont Capital, Allen & Buckeridge, Neo Technology Ventures, BASF Venture Capital and Jafco. The firm said the funding will go towards expanding engineering and manufacturing capabilities. More information »
