Joyent Gets $4M

Sausalito-based Joyent, a developer of web-based collaboration software, has scored $4M in a funding round, including investment from Intel Capital. The funding was disclosed Tuesday afternoon by Intel Capital, although the value of the funding was not announced. A recent regulatory filing by Joyent places the amount of this investment round at $4M. More information »
