Maveron Ventures Opens San Francisco Office
Maveron Ventures, the venture capital firm of Dan Levitan and Howard Schultz, the founder of Starbucks, has established an outpost in San Francisco, the firm said today. According to Maveron, it has opened up an office in San Francisco headed by Partner Amy Errett. The firm has also hired Ben Choi, formerly of Storm Ventures, Greystripe, RRE Ventures, and In-Q-Tel, as a Principal in the new office. Maveron has around $750M under management, and 22 active portfolio companies.
