Aquantia Gets $44M More
Milpitas-based Aquantia, a developer of 10GBASE-T PHY semiconductors, announced today that it has gained a $44M committment for its Series D financing. According to Aquantia, it has received $35M of that funding, with ability to raise up to $44M in the round. The funding was led by New Enterprise Associates, and also included existing investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Pinnacle Ventures, and Venture Tech Alliance. NEA's Rohini Chkravarthy joins the firm's board along with the round. Aquantia said the new funding will go to scale its product portfolio. More information »
