Eye-Fi, Google Picasa In Promotion

Mountain View-based, wireless memory card maker Eye-Fi announced today that it is in a collaboration with Google Picasa, where anyone who purchases 200GB or more of extra Google storage will get one of the firm's cards, for free. According to Eye-Fi, anyone purchasing at least 200GB a year of Google storage -- which costs $50 -- will get a free, Eye-Fi Home video card, which retails for $69.99. Eye-Fi's card is designed to work with Picasa Web Albums, Google's online photo sharing site. The firm's cards work with digital cameras and automatically upload pictures to photo sharing sites via WiFi.
