Offerpal Media Hires RockYou's Mihir Shah

Fremont-based virtual currency firm Offerpal Media said today that it has hired Mihir Shah, former VP Ad Network for RockYou, as its Chief Revenue Officer. Offerpal said that Shah will oversee all of the firm's commercial activities, including revenue growth and user acquisition. Shah was also previously the founder of CookEatShare.com, a social network for home chefs, and also has served at QuinStreet and Liquid Software.
