ReputationDefender Gets $8.65M

Redwood City-based ReputationDefender, a provider of serviecs for managing online reputation and privacy, said Tuesday that it raised $8.65M in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. David Cowan of Bessemer, and Ted Schlein of Kleiner Perkins, both join the firm as part of the funding.
