ReputationDefender Buys Ziggs.com

Redwood City-based ReputationDefender, which provides technology to help users control their online reputation, said today that it has acquired Ziggs.com, an online social networking site for business professionals. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. ReputationDefender said it would offer Ziggs users its entire line of reputation and privacy management services as part of the deal. ReputationDefender is venture backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
