Mint.com Taps Get Satisfaction
Mountain View-based Mint.com, the personal finance site now owned by Intuit, said today that it is now using customer service features from San Francisco-based Get Satisfaction. Mint.com said it is using Get Satisfaction to let its users obtain answers, share ideas, and connect with each other. Get Satisfaction is venture backed by First Round Capital, O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, and SoftTech VC.
