GEO Semiconductor Gets Investments From Jupiter Systems
Santa Clara-based Geo Semiconductor, a developer of video processing semiconductors used for 3D, digital cinema, medical, and other displays, said today that it has scored a equity investment from Jupiter Systems, a supplier of processors for the command and control market. Financial terms of the investment were not announced. Geo Semiconductor said the investment came alongside a strategic partnership with Jupiter Systems. Geo said its ICs are used for 1080p and higher resolution applications, including used in 3D, projectors, medical LCD displays, DVD players, and other products. More information »
