Code Green Networks Raises $4.0M

Sunnyvale-based Code Green Networks, a developer of data loss prevention software used to prevent loss of sensitive information from companies, has raised $4.0M in an equity funding round, according to a regulatory filing yesterday by the company. Details on the funding have not been announced by the firm. Code Green is backed by Bay Partners and Sierra Ventures. More information »
