Tesla Ships Cars To Japan

Palo Alto-based Tesla Motors said today that it has shipped its first, right-hand drive Tesla Roadsters to Japan, for delivery to customers in early May. According to Tesla, a dozen of its Japan Signature Series Roadsters were shipped today, for arrival in Yokohama in early May. The firm said Japan is its first destination in Asia.
