Alter Eco Gobbles Up $2M

San Francisco-based Alter Eco, a maker of artisanal, fair-trade, carbon-neutral foods such as chocolate, rice, sugar, and olive oil, said last week that it had raised $2M in a Serie A funding round. The round was led by Good Capital, and also included Serious Change Fund, Renewal2 Investment Fund, and Investors' Circle.
