Booyah Raises $20M

Palo Alto-based Booyah, make rof the MyTown mobile application, said Monday that it has raised $20M in a new round of funding. The round was led by Accel Partners, with Accel's Jim Breyer joining the company's board. Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and DAG Ventures--both existing investors--also participated in the funding.
