Vinfolio Gets Investment From Steve Case

San Francisco-based Vinfolio, an online marketplace for wine enthusiasts, said today that it has received funding from Revolution LLC, the investment firm of AOL co-founder Steve Case. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed, however, Vinfolio said that the investment was part of an asset purchase of Vinfolio, Inc. by VF Wine, Inc. in March. As part of the purchase and investment into Vinfolio, the company said it has named David Golden and Philippe Bourguignon to its board. Golden is CEO of Miraval Arizona. Lind is at Blum Capital Partners. Other members of the board include N. Colin Lind, Jon Moramarco, and Jean-Michael Valette.
