Report: Google Buys Invite Media

Mountain View-based Google has acquired online ad firm Invite Media, according to reports. No details on the acquisition have been announced by Google, however, All Things D reports the deal was worth around $70M. Invite Media is developing online ad exchange software. Invite is venture backed by Comcast, First Round Capital, Geneacast, and Creative Commerce.
