ModCloth.com Finds $19.8M
San Francisco-based ModCloth, an online retailer focused on fashion and decor from independent designers, said late Wednesday that it has raised $19.8M in a series B funding round. The round came from Accel Partners, First Round Capital, and Floodgate. Along with the funding, the firm said it has added Theresia Gouw Ranzetta to its board. The firm said the funding will go to capitalize on growth. ModCloth said it became profitable in 2009, after seeing around 600% annual growth for the past four years. The firm was founded by Eric Koger and Susan Gregg Koger. More information »
