GI Partners Buys Data Center Operator SoftLayer

San Francisco-based private equity firm GI Partners has acquired SoftLayer Technologies, a Dallas, Texas-based operator of data centers. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. DH Capital advised SoftLayer in the sale.
