Meru Bolsters Board

Sunnyvale-based Meru Networks, a developer of 802.11n enterprise networking products, said today that it has named Stan Meresman to its board of directors. Meresman was formerly a General Partner and COO of Technology Crossover Ventures, and also has served at Silicon Graphics and Cypress Semiconductor; he also sits on the boards of Riverbed Technology and HyTrust, and previously sat on the boards of Polycom, VMware, Starfish Software, and Lightsurf. Publicly held Meru said that Meresman will help guide the firm's strategy and growth.
