Group Price Raises $305K

Redwood City-based Group Price, which operates an online group buying site for businesses, has raised $305,000 in an equity funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm this week. The firm was founded and is headed by Van Jepson, who has previously been CEO of HOT or NOT, was most recently founder and CEO of MORF Mobile, and also has served at SAP. Details on the funding have not been announced by the company. More information »
