ePlanet Invests In Indian Energy Firm, Auro Mira

Redwood City-based ePlanet Ventures said Monday that it has invested $4.8M in Auro Mira Energy Company Private Limited (AME), based in India. According to ePlanet, the investment came as part of a $21M, second round of funding for AME, which also included Aureos South Asia Fund and International Finance Corporation. AME is developing reneable energy projects, including small hydro and biomass energy generation. More information »
