QuinStreet Buys CarInsurance.com

Foster City-based QuinStreet, a provider of vertical and online media marketing, said today that it has acquire CarInsurance.com, an online website which acquires auto insurance leads for insurers. The deal was worth $49.7M in cash. QuinStreet said the buy will extend its position in the online vertical media area for insurance.
