TokBox Raises $12M

San Francisco-based TokBox, a developer of Web video communications services and APIs, said this morning that it has raised $12M in a Series C funding round. The round came from DAG Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures and Sequoia Capital. The firm announced the funding in conjunction with the launch of the firm's OpenTok platform, which helps web developers to enable multi-way video chat on their web sites. More information »
