TravelMuse Acquired By Travel Ad Network

Palo Alto-based TravelMuse, an online travel planning website, has been acquired by competitor Travel Ad Network, based in New York. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. TravelMuse, which was founded by Kevin Fliess, was backed by around $6M in funding from Azure Capital Partners and California Technology Ventures.
