EveryTrail Acquired by TripAdvisor

Palo Alto-based EveryTrail, a developer of outdoor mapping and travel information guides for mobile phones, has been acquired by TripAdvisor, the travel reviews site owned by Expedia. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. EveryTrail was headed by Joost Shreve.
