Yammer Raises $25M
Yammer, the instant messaging service which essentially is a Twitter for enterprises, has raised $25M in a third round of funding. The funding was led by U.S. Venture Partners, and also included Emergence Capital, Charles River Ventures, and Founders Fund. As part of the funding, Mamoon Hamid of USVP joins the firm's board. Yammer is headed by former PayPal founder David Sacks. More information »
