Panzura Lands $12M Series B

San Jose-based Panzura, a developer of cloud storage and application optimization products, said today that it has raised $12M in a Series B funding round. The firm said the round was led by Khosla Ventures, and also included Matrix Partners and CCTV Investments. Panzura said the funding will go towards sales, marketing, and support, as well as for continuing R&D. Panzura's cloud storage appliances are application aware, supporting such software as Microsoft Sharepoint, backup, and file sharing applications with specific functionality. More information »
