Confidela Gets $9.25M, Becomes WatchDox
Mountain View-based Confidela, a developer of document control, tracking, and protection software, said today that it has raised $9.25M in funding. The funding came from Shata Ventures, Gemini Israel FUnds, and Check Point and Imperva founder Shlomo Kramer. As part of the funding, the firm said it is rebranding itself WatchDox, the name of its flagship software. The firm said the new funding will go towards expanding its sales team. More information »
