WatchDox Gains $12M
Palo Alto-based document sharing service WatchDox announced today that it has raised $12M in a new funding round, which came from Millennium Technology Value Partners, Blackstone, Gemini Israel Funds, Shasta Ventures and Shlomo Kramer (Check Point,Imperva). The developer of enterprise document sharing and security tools said the funding brings its total raised to $35M. WatchDox said that part of the funding went to the company's acquisition in December of InstallFree. WatchDox said it will also use the funding to expand its sales team.
