Inigral Finds $4M

San Francisco-based Inigral, a developer of social networking software for college students, said today tht it has raised $4M in a new, Series B equity financing, including a $2M, program related investment from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Inigral, which develops an application for Facebook to connect students during the admissions and orientation process, said the funding would go to further develop and market its Schools App product. The Series B funding also included prior investors Retro Venture Partners and Founders Fund.
