Guardian Analytics Scores $11M

Los Altos-based Guardian Analytics, a developer of fraud prevention software for financial institutions, said today that it has raised $11M in a Series D funding round. The round came from Split Rock Partners, and also included prior investors Foundation Capital and Sutter Hill Ventures. The firm said the new funding will go toward direct and channel sales efforts, as well as to enhance its products. Jim Simons of Split Rock joins the board with the funding. More information »
