Report: Provigent In Talks With Broadcom

Santa Clara-based Provigent, a developer of systems-on-a-chip for wireless broadband, is in acquisition talks with semiconductor firm Broadcom, according to reports. According to reports from Globes, an Israeli business publication, the deal is worth between $300M and $400M. Provigent has major operations in Israel.
