Ticketfly Gets $12M

San Francisco-based Ticketfly, which operates a social event ticketing service, said today that it has raised $12M more in funding. The Series B round was led by Mohr Davidow Ventures, and also included High Peaks Venture Partners, Contour Venture Partners and angel investors Roger Ehrenberg and Howard Lindzon. The funding brings the company's total raised to $15M. Ticketfly helps music venues and event promoters to automate marketing of events via social networks. More information »
